Overland/pss panel merge

Install: just copy to the approprate files.

Note: you must change in the aircraft. cfg:
sim=PSSB773ER-GE


the respective .air file should alredy be copied into the sms773er's folder.

in the panel folder, you need to copy and paste the pss_vars xml guage from the pss77704 folder.

i could not get the vc guages to work, so i have created "indicator gauges" insted, to let you know whats on and not I am still working hard to correct this problem. Probably the next step would be to create completely new guages and systems for this airplane. To add to this, the vc's overhead works, i.e lights can be controled via the vc

I have not added the pss's fuel dump effect. Anyone can do this themself

Features:
complete a/c merge, including

* a/c cfg comes ready with shockwave 3d lights config.
* Modified vc cockpit textures. fool yourself into thinking you have working radios AND MCDU!!
* corrected number of fuel tanks and engine and weight data.

Starting the engines:
You must first open the fuel cutoff switches in the 2d pedestal, then start the engines as normal, using the 2d overhead pannel and the vc pedestal. After the engines are started and running, click on the autostart in the vc overhead panel. failure to do this will result in los of lights and landing gear control.
